In this romantic suspense thriller, Special Investigation Agent Jack Wyatt returns to Hartz Island in Washington State’s San Juan Islands, enlisting the aid of his former Navy SEAL boss, Kip Hendricks and his Canadian counter-part Dan Johnson.
